DEBATING

The Grade 9 Debating team have represented the College extremely well.  Despite COVID-19 restrictions setting the roster back, the team managed to participate in two debates.  On Wednesday, 26th August the team won against Ogilvie with a margin of five points.  Congratulations!

DUKE OF EDINBURGH

On Wednesday, 2nd September, Mrs Ottaway's Duke of Edinburgh class participated in one of their camp practice walks, completing an extension walk around Sphinx Rock.  It was a chilly start (1.5 degrees and windy), but that resulted in a very brisk walking pace.  

LEGACY

For the third year in a row, St Aloysius Catholic College have participated in Legacy fundraising. Twelve of our Grade 9 students gave up two hours each to fundraise for Legacy, which supports families affected by war. The students represented the College extremely well and enjoyed the experience of helping a wonderful cause.
