Family Holidays in Term Time
There may be occasions when there is an exceptional travel opportunity or cause for travel for the student and family for certain reasons. It is the parent/guardian’s obligation to inform the Principal in writing regarding the intended holiday, giving details of the dates on which the student will be absent from school. For older students, it is their responsibility to inform teachers of their absence and to complete any missed work and/or assessments in their own time. Teachers do not prepare work for students to complete during such absence.

A full copy of the Terms and Conditions is in the attachment, which you should read carefully. Some changes made to the Terms and Conditions to note are as follows:
• The inclusion of a definition of Humanitarian Entrant;
• Reference to “Healthcare Card” has been changed “Concession Card” to reflect the Fee Assistance Policy;
• The inclusion of an additional paragraph addressing disclosure of information to Seesaw and Services Australia; and
• New questions to capture information regarding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status of parents/guardians.
By continuing your child’s enrolment in 2022 from Monday, 17th January 2022, you will be taken to have accepted these updates to the Terms and Conditions.
