Enrolment Process

1. Please complete our Expression of Interest form, ensuring to attach School Reports, Naplan Results, and any reports regarding OT, Speech, ADHD etc.  We ask this so that we can invite our Learning Support Coordinator along to your enrolment appointment who can best answer questions on how we can support your child at St Aloysius Catholic College.

2. Our Enrolment Officer will then contact you to arrange an enrolment appointment, prospective students and their parents are to attend.  This appointment will be with our Principal/Deputy Principal/Director and you will receive a personalised tour of our College and Campus facilities.

3.  At the conclusion of your enrolment appointment, you will be given the Student Enrolment Application Form, if you wish to proceed with enrolment, it is important that you submit the application with required documents, eg. Birth Certificate, Immunisation Record and any Court Orders if applicable.

4.  If your application is for a future year, you will be notified in writing of your enrolment acceptance from our Principal and a $200.00 non refundable enrolment deposit will be required to secure your child's placement for accepted applications.  This amount will be deducted from your fees and levies invoice the following year.   If your application is for the current year, you will be notifed in writing from our Principal within two weeks. 

All applications are reviewed and assessed, and offers of enrolment are made at the discretion of the Principal and availability.
